This particular washer ELECTROLUX EIFLS60LT1 had a large water leak. it was pouring from the bottom of the machine. Thorough examination of all of the washer’s inner parts revealed a tiny hole in the “tub to pump” hose. Although the hole was fairly small and hard to notice right away, water was constantly leaking through it creating a large puddle every time the washer was turned on.
Another issue with this washer was a moldy rubber door gasket. The customer requested the gasket to be replaced, too since all their attempts to remove moldy build-up it using conventional cleaning sprays failed.
Our technician replaced both of the parts the next day and the washing machine continued providing comfort for the customer’s family.
