Our customer encountered a problem with their Thermador HMCB42FS range vent hood. Lights on the hood didn’t turn on at all. The customers replaced all the lightbulbs themselves but that didn’t solve the issue.
Our technician checked all the electric circuits and they appeared to be working properly. This particular model has a fuse in an electrical circuit of the lights transformer. As we found out, that faulty fuse was a reason of the breakage.
Our pro had a spare fuse on hand and was able to complete the repair on site without scheduling a follow-up appointment.
