The following problems were listed:Ice build-up on the bottom of the freezer.
The periodic flow of water from the freezer to the floor.
The refrigerator compartment is at room temperature.
Snow build-up in the refrigerator compartment on the cold air supply windows.
Our Technician arrived and, after careful diagnostics, identified several parts to be replaced.
The door seals in the refrigerator compartment were worn out and caused snow build-up in the refrigerator compartment.
The air damper was periodically jammed and damaged by corrosion.
The drainage tube of the freezer was destroyed.
After replacing all these components, the refrigerator started working like new. If you have an issue with the ice build-up at the bottom of the freezer, most likely the issue is with the clogged drain tube and it has to be cleaned.
