GE GDT225SSL0SS dishwasher is leaking underneath

A customer contacted our company and said that his GE GDT225SSL0SS dishwasher was leaking underneath.

Our technician had arrived and checked out all the rubber gaskets and they were in order. He also checked the water level and the level was right. After that, the water drainage system was checked (often a clogged drain hose is a reason for the overflow of the dishwasher bath) and no problems were found. As a result of testing in a working cycle with the door cover removed, the Tech discovered a water leak through the edge of the dishwasher bath. This was an unusual rare case. The problem was solved by replacing the lower water spray arm.

The water spray arm had an inconspicuous crack through which water under pressure was poured over the edge of the dishwasher bath.
